Vernian Process is the brainchild of one Joshua A. Pfeiffer. A young artist and aspiring new Musician. Maestro Pfeiffer has attempted to create an aural atmosphere that would suit any number of Jules Verne's adventures perfectly. His material isn't always inspired by a specific work of the famed author. But the spirit of Verne is what drives this project. The intense, ground breaking, free-thinking, adventurous nature of his material has inspired this young man to create something entirely new.
Combining elements of some of his favorite modern styles of music with the feel and spirit of a Fictional Victorian world. The overall atmosphere is one of a Steampunk nature, where oceans are traversed by under-sea vessels. Great airships fill the skies, and man is on the verge of traveling to the moon. Steampunk is a modern version of Victorian Science Fiction. A term that was coined from the Sci-Fi genre known as Cyberpunk. Steampunk takes the dark, bleak apocalyptic tone of Cyberpunk, and sets it in a Victorian era with alternate histories, and technology based on many of Verne's ideas.
